Job Description:

  • Responsible for end-to-end project management throughout the life cycle of a software/system development project/program
  • Conducts end to end project management of large or multiple large projects
  • Works as a team member or runs individual projects and is responsible for completing projects within allotted timeline and budget
  • Defines project scope and objectives, coordinates activities of a project team, and identifies resources
  • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
  • Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis
  • Ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews project deliverables
  • Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems
  • Communicates with internal clients and external vendors
  • Ownership of CASPR milestone sets: MS095, MS109, MS126
  • Validation/Issuance to vendor
  • Maintaining daily Field CASPR scheduled activities
  • Managing outages & upgrades
  • Manage Trouble Tickets
  • Manage EIM Tickets
  • Manage AOTS Tickets
  • Manage IWOS Tickets
  • Managing site acceptance
  • Manage Operations Acceptance
  • Manage Documentation
  • Manage TPA audits
  • Manage Asset Scanning
  • Work with equipment coordinator & financial coordinator to ensure project requirements are met
  • Verify scoping/OOM/Site Design
  • Working w/ MW team to manage upgrades
  • Manage On-site quality management
  • Manage/Creating bid SOW


  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Project Management
  • Computer science foundation
  • 3-5 Years of experience managing IT/Network technical projects
  • Proven track record of shipping secure, high quality software through all phases of the SDLC product development lifecycle
  • MS Project experience

Skills Inventory/Skill Experience Need:

  • Typically requires 8-10 years’ experience Intermediate Required
  • Proven large complex project management experience Intermediate Required
  • Some assignments may require previous Telco experience Intermediate Required
  • PMP Certification desired Intermediate Desired
  • Microsoft Excel Expert Required
  • Field Technical installation experience Expert Required
  • Construction Management Intermediate Required  
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Bachelor of Business/Information Systems/Engineering/Math/Science degree or equivalent experience
  • PMP Certification desired

Shift Hours:
8am - 5pm

Pay Rate:
$35.90 - $40.90/hr; DOE
